We do not sell your personal information.Your privacy and security are our top priorities. Our systems are built to meet high industry standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. That means your data is protected by strong encryption, strict access controls, and continuous monitoring.We respect your privacy. We follow HIPAA and GDPR guidelines to ensure your personal information is used responsibly, only for the services you've signed up for, and never sold or shared without your consent.We limit access. Only authorized personnel can access your data, and only when it's necessary to support you.You stay in control. About this policy

This policy explains the information we may collect when you download, install, register with, access, or use the Endless Heart mobile application (“App”), and how we use, maintain, protect, and disclose that information.It applies to information we collect in the App and in email or other electronic messages between you and us about the App. It does not apply to information collected offline, on other websites we operate, or by third parties (including through apps or content that link to the App).Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App. By using the App, you agree to this privacy policy. We may update it from time to time; your continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Children under 18

The App is not intended for children under 18. No one under 18 may provide personal information through the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information without parental consent, we will delete it. Contact us at support@endlessheart.org if you believe we have information from a child under 18.

Information we collect

We may collect:
Personal information such as name, postal address, email, phone, date of birth, financial information (e.g. payment details), height, weight, gender, and other contact identifiers.
Health information you provide, such as history of disease, symptoms, and medications.
Information that does not identify you on its own.
Technical and usage details about your device, connection, and how you use the App.
We collect this information:
Directly from you when you provide it.
Automatically as you use the App (usage details, IP address, cookies and similar technologies).
From wearable devices you connect (if applicable).
From third parties, such as business partners.

Information you provide

This may include:
Information from forms (registration, service requests, reporting a problem).
Records of correspondence if you contact us.
Transaction and order details, including financial information needed to complete a purchase.
Content you choose to post in public areas of our services (“User Contributions”), shared at your own risk. No security measure is perfect; we cannot guarantee that User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Automatic collection

As you use the App, we may automatically collect details of your visits (traffic, location where permitted, logs, resources you access), and information about your device and connection (IP address, operating system, browser or app type).
Cookies and similar technologies may be used. You may refuse cookies in your browser or device settings; some features may not work if you do.

How we use your information

We use information we collect to:
Provide and operate the App and its content.
Deliver products or services you request.
Fulfill purposes for which you provided the information.
Send notices about your account or subscription.
Carry out contracts with you, including billing.
Notify you about changes to the App or our services.
Enable interactive features, where available.
Other purposes we describe when you provide information, or with your consent.

Disclosure of information

We may disclose anonymized or aggregated information that does not identify an individual without restriction.

To contractors and service providers who support our business and are bound to keep it confidential and use it only for the disclosed purpose.

Your choices

You can control cookies and similar tracking in your browser or device settings. Disabling them may limit some App functionality.
To opt out of promotional emails from us, adjust preferences in your account or email support@endlessheart.org.
Account deletion
You may delete your Endless Heart account by contacting support at support@endlessheart.org.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
What we delete
When you delete your account, we delete:Your account, login, and contact details.App preferences, such as notifications and language.Your access to results within the App.
What we keep
Clinical laboratories are required by law to retain testing records. Your test results and patient reports are kept for at least two (2) years, even after you delete your account. These retained records are kept solely for regulatory compliance and are not used to sign you back into the App.Before deleting your account, we recommend downloading a copy of your results from the Results tab, since you will lose access to them in the App once your account is deleted.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will post updates in the App (and may note the update elsewhere as appropriate). The date of the latest revision will be identified. Please keep your email current and review this policy periodically.
